Sheridan Broadbent is a New Zealand-based infrastructure leader and director, specialising in mission-critical infrastructure governance across communications, electricity, construction, maritime and space support networks. Sheridan is the Chair of the New Zealand Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum, comprising over 400 of New Zealand’s leading CEOs driving safer and more productive workplaces in New Zealand.  She is also a director of ASX-100 listed Downer Group (ASX:DOW), where she is chair of the Safety and Sustainability Committee, and a member of the People and Culture and Project Governance Committees. Sheridan is a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Directors and an Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
