Shai Ganu is the global leader of Board Advisory & Executive Compensation business at WTW. He leads a team of over 500 exceptional consultants across 45 countries. He himself serves as a trusted advisor to Boards of more than 100 leading companies globally. 

He is a Senior Accredited Director and serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director of leading listed, private, and not-for-profit organizations and chairs the Remuneration, Nomination, Sustainability and Risk committees. 

He is a fellow and Governing Council member of Singapore Institute of Directors and chairs the Sustainability Chapter. He was a member of World Economic Forum’s, Climate Governance Community of Experts and currently serves as a global trustee board member of Chapter Zero Alliance.
