Vicki Watson is Chief Executive of The Aotearoa Circle – a public private partnership driven to reverse the decline of New Zealand’s natural capital. Since its inception in 2019, she has led the team to expand partnerships, grow a significant coalition of the willing, and complete over 25 significant workstreams across agriculture, energy, seafood, tourism, and transport sectors to name a few. Vicki’s personal vision - Healthy People, Healthy Planet, Healthy Economy - aligns closely with The Circle’s mission, and she is deeply committed to achieving the vision of its founder, Sir Rob Fenwick. Previous experience has included either start-ups or a strong ‘leadership’ theme as CEO of the Sir Peter Blake Trust and the NZ Leadership Institute.
