SHERIDAN BROADBENT

Sheridan Broadbent is an independent director of Downer EDI and Spark NZ, and the Chair of the Business Leaders' Health and Safety Forum. A former CEO and executive in the energy, communications and contracting sectors, Sheridan has been in full time governance for over 8 years, serving on the boards of some of NZ's largest infrastructure owners including Transpower, NZTA, Kordia, Manawa Energy and as Chair of Pipeline and Civil.  Sheridan is a chartered member of the Institute of Directors and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and divides her time between Australia and New Zealand.
