Digby is a dynamic leadership coach, speaker, facilitator, podcaster, and author who works with senior leaders and leadership teams ready to create a meaningful and lasting impact while sustaining their momentum and energy. Digby’s superpower is creating high-trust, deep-learning environments. He is also known for making the complex simple (but not simplistic). Digby brings a unique mix of gravity and levity. He brings wisdom, challenging questions, and insights, along with a positive, infectious energy. Together, these create a powerful experience.

Digby began his career as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Perth. He broadened his perspective in the US and Canada, working in summer camps, ski resorts, and as a commercial salmon fisherman. A career pivot took him to London for two years, where he worked with the recruitment firm Michael Page, recruiting accountants for major investment banks. He then moved to New Zealand where he established and led the recruitment firm Robert Walters. Since then, he has grown and led coaching and leadership development businesses in both Perth and New Zealand. His clients range across public sector agencies, oil and gas, mining, telco, digital, property, and many other sectors. Digby is the author of two books, Change Makers and Out There. He also hosts the Dig Deeper podcast. He has been the President of the International Coaching Federation (WA) and runs his leadership practice based in Wellington, New Zealand, serving clients across Australasia.
