Non-members - If you register and pay for a director development course and then apply to join the IoD prior to the end of the month in which you attend the course we'll refund the difference between the member and non-member fee for that course once you notify us that your membership application has been approved. Please contact the Director Development Team for further information. Some conditions apply.

Our director development programme is designed to meet the needs of directors in today's environment. We provide courses balancing technical content with director experience and delivered 'for directors, by directors'. Competent directors add true value to their companies.
