Directors' Details
The IoD has emailed all of its members requesting views on any issues relating to the disclosure of director information on the Companies Office Register.
The IoD will be collating all responses and forwarding on general results to the Law Commission. The Commission has a reference to review privacy in New Zealand. As part of this project it is researching public registers and any issues arising in connection with the registers.
The IoD will publish results of the Institute's request in Boardroom in due course.
