The Institute of Directors in New Zealand (Inc) is an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908. It exists to provide services to its members in accordance with its purposes. Available below are our Constitution, Code of Ethics and Code of Practice for Directors. The Code of Practice for Directors is a principles based document, binding on IoD members, according to particular circumstance, judgment and situation.
