Wellington Branch 2009 AGM

The 19th Annual General Meeting of the Wellington Branch of the Institute of Directors will be held at 5.30pm on Tuesday 3 March 2009. .
Our constitution requires that one third of the Branch Committee retire in rotation each year and that committee members will not exceed ten. Dr Francis Small, John Fletcher, Liz Koh and Theo Muller will retire at the 2009 AGM. John Fletcher was co-opted onto the committee during 2008 and will stand for election in 2009.

Nominee bios will be distributed to all members prior to the AGM. Voting in 2009 will be conducted by post in accordance with the Wellington Branch Constitution.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations and bios is 4 December 2008.
