Mentoring for Diversity pairs experienced directors with board chairs and senior directors for a year. The 2017 intake begins on 1 July. The Future Directors programme develops the next generation of directors by providing future directors with an opportunity to sit at the board table of a New Zealand company for a year, while our branch network is currently calling for applications for the Emerging Director Awards. These awards give individuals wanting to enhance their governance career, mentoring and professional development opportunities.
