This workshop is designed for members who aspire to directorships but are unsure on how to promote and equip themselves for these positions. As IoD members, you will have learned the governance basics via the Principles of Best Practice for New Zealand Directors: The Four Pillars of Effective Board Governance and may have completed the Company Directors' Course. New directors are also welcome to attend.
